PHOTOGRAPHY and FILM SERVICE
This is the price, content, and proposal form for the documentary-style Photography and Film Service for the event that will take place in Bodrum on 1-2-4-5 September 2025.
The delivery time will be 15 days from the day of shooting for Edited Photos and 60 days for Short Films.
Content of the Photo and Film Service:
• All photos are color-edited (at least 500 for each day).
• The edited photos are stored for 1 year in our private web gallery, accessible with a password (galeri.bkwed.com.tr).
• Drone footage (depending on local laws and weather)
• 8-12 minutes Short Film shot using cameras and drones.
• 1-2 minutes Teaser for the Short Film.
• Documentary Movie (25-45 minutes)
• The shooting team will consist of 2 Photographers and 2 Cinematographers.

📍 1 September 2025 – Welcome Dinner at Limon Gümüşlük (Photography & Film)
📍 2 September 2025 – Boat Tour (Photography & Film)
📍 4 September 2025 – Private Dinner at Kempinski Hotel (30 guests) (Photography & Film)
📍 5 September 2025 – Wedding Day (140 guests) (Photography & Film)

• 30% of the total price is required as a prepayment.
• The remaining 70% must be paid by the day of shooting.
The price includes transport, accommodation, and VAT.
