FOR YOUR SPECİAL DAY.

The day will start at 9:00 AM with hair and makeup preparations. During this time, one cinematographer and I (photographer) will be with you to capture all your special details, such as earrings, invitation cards, shoes, and more. As hair and makeup near completion, we’ll begin capturing your portraits. Meanwhile, our second cinematographer will be outside, filming drone footage of the venue and gathering ambient shots for the documentary-style film.

At 11:00 AM, the traditional Muslim ceremony (imam nikahı) will take place, concluding by 11:30 AM. From 11:30 to 11:45 AM, we’ll capture family photos. Following this, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, we’ll do a couple shoot with the first outfit, also incorporating stunning shots featuring the decor.

From 1:00 to 4:00 PM, we’ll break for lunch and take the opportunity to capture more venue decor and drone shots, especially focusing on any new setup details.

In the afternoon, hair and makeup will resume from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. From 5:00 to 6:00 PM, we’ll have another couple shoot with your second outfit. If you choose not to see each other during the preparation, we can begin this session with a “first look” moment. We’ve done this frequently this year, and it always creates deeply emotional and unforgettable memories.

From 6:00 to 6:30 PM, we’ll take additional family photos before moving seamlessly into the flow of the evening events.

If you’re planning to include any speeches during the day, we recommend adding an actual video recording. This is a continuous 2-hour video, captured with real sounds, and filmed by an additional team member dedicated to this task. Our standard package includes coverage by one photographer and two cinematographers, producing a 1-minute teaser and a 4-7 minute cinematic video.

If these arrangements work for you, here’s how the next steps will unfold:

• We’ll send you a contract to review and confirm.

• Upon confirmation, we kindly request a 30% upfront payment. The remaining balance can be settled anytime up until the shoot day.

• Edited photos are typically ready within 1-2 weeks and will be uploaded to your gallery.

• Films, as they involve a meticulous process, may take up to 2 months to finalize.
